It's free for pro or college athletes / elite instructors to apply and join - if accepted, there are no commitments / no upfront costs / no subscription fees. Not all applications are accepted as our marketplace selectively features men and women who’ve reached the highest levels in their sports. If accepted, Replay provides you with all of the tech and business resources you need to monetize. A few months back we made Replay publicly available to pro & college athletes / elite instructors - we've grown quicker than expected and have accelerated our growth plans since then so we we can continue to invest in: (a) creating best-in-class tech to make it easy for our partners to monetize, and (b) driving inbound demand to the marketplace and your profile. We align our interests with our coaches so that we don't make money unless you make money as we split transactions similar to platforms like Twitch, Cameo, etc, so you can rest assured we're going to do everything in our power to make sure you are as successful as you want to be using Replay. You set your own price in the marketplace and can modify it whenever. You can also toggle your availability (available/unavailable) to receive requests as needed.

Our team (based in NYC) provides you with all the tech, payouts (via Stripe), insurance, and marketing at no upfront costs / no subscription fees / no commitments:
- Tech: Our video training tech was proprietarily built from scratch over the past year by our team which includes an Emmy-Award-winning video tech developer and a former NFL Quarterback. You'll be notified every time you get a request and with our tech all you have to do is click on the request to review the video clips and background info sent to you and then hit record to create a replay video. You can choose to accept or not accept any requests. Once you've accepted, you're taken to the page where you can record the replay video. While you're recording, we added buttons that make it easy for you to go frame-by-frame, play in slow-mo, move your webcam around, draw on the video with various colors and shapes. You can also bookmark notes, and click on them to be taken to exact spots in the uploaded clips so you don't have to click around to find the right spot in the uploaded clips while you're recording. Once you've finished recording the replay video all you have to do is hit stop and we combine: (1) the original video clips sent to you by the requestor + (2) your video-in-video webcam / audio voiceover (the video of you talking in the corner like on a FaceTime call) + (3) your breakdown of the video with all the pause/play, frame-by-frame, slow-mo, drawing on screen. You can watch this replay video if you'd like before clicking submit, which sends it to the requestor and triggers a payout to you from Stripe (within 2 business day). If you need to re-record the replay video before submitting it - there's a button to do that. We're always adding new tech functionality to make this even better.
- Marketing: We run extensive email, referral, creator/influencer, paid search, social campaigns which continue to drive a high-intent demand to our marketplace. We also create personalized marketing materials for our partners to drive demand directly to their own profiles (e.g., personalized video highlights with promo codes you can send out / post via email, text, social, etc.).
